    Schedule: Every March/June/September/December 30th, but for SCIE applications, Korean papers are translated into English papers. English papers are recommended for publication.

3. How to Write a Paper
    In accordance with the KSCG Journaling Regulations, please make sure to complete your thesis in the form of "The Journal Template" on the Society's website. Non-formal papers will not be accepted.

1. The contributors and co-authors of a paper must be members of the plenary session.
2. The contributor shall comply with the Korea Research Foundation's Ethics Rules for Preparation and Other Regulations for Registration.
3. In principle, the manuscript shall not be published in an open publication prior to publication in this paper, and the author shall be responsible for the final responsibility for the content of the published paper.
4. The paper is related to computer games and their applications, and should be the content or originality that contributes to academic and industrial development.
5. The paper is frequently received through the online paper publication system and the paper is published on March, June, September and December 30 every year.
6. On page 1 of the contribution paper, write a thesis item including English, author name including English, title, address, phone number, E-mail address of the person in charge, and a summary of the Korean language, English keywords, body text, references, and appendices.according to the paper template of KSCG
7. Upon receiving the decision to publish the paper, the sender shall complete the final version of the paper for publication and send it to the Academic Affairs Bureau after obtaining the consent of all other co-authors. From the time the final version of the paper arrives at the Secretariat, the copyright of the paper is deemed to have been delegated to this institution.
8. In principle, write the contribution paper on B5 paper using the Korean word processor "HWP". The chapters or clauses shall be marked in Arabic numerals 1, 1.1, 1 and so on, the names of the figures shall be marked Fig. 1. In the case of the table, the names shall be marked in the middle of the bottom, and Table 1.
9. For literature that is directly related to the contents of the paper, a reference number shall be written among the texts concerned in these literature and the literature shall be described in the order cited in the references section. References are written in the order of authors, titles, academic names, rights, issues, numbers, and years of publication in the journal, and in the order of authors, signatures, numbers, issuers and years of publication.

10. The contributor shall fill out and submit a column of low-level introduction, including the photo of the semi-named box and the weak history, when the thesis is published.
11. The contributor shall pay an examination fee of CU50,000 per paper upon publication of the paper, and the contributor adopted shall pay the following publication fee before printing, depending on the number of copies printed.

    -Printed number/basic six pages/per page; 200thousand won,
    -over 7 pages; 70,000 won/page



12. The same author may publish up to two copies per paper, including co-authors and communicators.
13. Send two copies of the paper to the first author of the paper.
14. A paper published in the paper may not be reproduced without the approval of this institution.
15. An additional 200,000 won must be paid for the private company and twice the publishing fee for the emergency audit.
16. This regulation will take effect on 1 January 2016.

1. 논문 투고자 및 공동저자는 반드시 본회 회원이어야 한다.
2. 논문투고자는 한국연구재단의 논문작성 윤리규정 및 등재지발간에 관한 기타규정을 준수하여야 한다.
3. 원고는 본 논문지에 투고하기 전에 공개 출판물에 발표하지 않았던 것을 원칙으로 하며, 게재 논문의 내용에 대한 최종 책임은 저자가 진다.
4. 논문은 컴퓨터게임 및 그 응용분야에 관련되는 것으로서, 학술 및 산업 발전에 기여하는 내용이거나 독창성이 인정되는 것이어야 한다.
5. 논문은 온라인 논문투고시스템을 통해 수시로 접수하며 논문지는 매년 3월, 6월, 9월, 12월 30일에 발간한다.
6. 투고논문 1쪽에는 논문제목영문포함, 저자명영문 포함 및 직함, 소속기관, 교신저자의 주소, 전화번호, E-mail 주소 그리고 국문요약, 영문요약, 한글키워드영문키워드, 본문, 참고문헌, 부록을 작성한다.본학회 홈페이지의 논문템플렛에 따라 작성
7. 논문 게재 판정을 수신한 후 교신저자는 다른 모든 공동 저자들의 동의를 구한 후에 게재용 논문 최종본을 완성하여 학회 사무국으로 송부하도록 하며, 게재용 논문 최종본이 사무국에 도착한 시점부터 해당 논문의 저작권은 본 학회로 위임된 것으로 간주된다.
8. 투고논문은 원칙적으로 한글 워드프로세서 "한글HWP"을 사용하여 B5 용지에 작성한다. 장이나 절은 아라비아 숫자로 1., 1.1, 1 등으로 표기하고, 그림의 명칭은 하단 중앙에 Fig. 1.의 표기를 하기 바라며, 표의 경우는 상단 중앙에 Table 1.의 표기를 한다.
9. 논문 내용에 직접 관련이 있는 문헌에 대해서는 이들 문헌에 관련이 있는 본문 중에 참고문헌 번호를 쓰고 그 문헌을 참고문헌 난에 인용 순서대로 기술한다. 참고문헌은 학술지의 경우 저자, 제목, 학술지명, 권, 호, 쪽수, 발행 연도의 순서로, 단행본은 저자, 서명, 쪽수, 발행처, 발행 연도의 순서로 기술한다.

10. 투고자는 논문제출시 반명함판 사진과 약력을 포함한 저자소개란을 기입하여 제출한다.
11. 투고자는 논문 1편당 심사료 50,000원을 논문제출시 납부하여야 하며, 채택된 투고자는 인쇄 쪽수에 따라 다음의 게재료를 인쇄 전에 납부하여야 한다.

    -기본 6쪽 : 200,000원
    -7페이지 이상 페이지 당 : 70,000원/page



12. 동일 저자는 공동저자와 교신저자를 포함하여 논문지 한 호당 최대 2편까지 게재 가능하다.
13. 논문지에 게재된 논문의 제1저자에게 논문지를 2부 발송한다.
14. 논문지에 게재된 논문은 본 학회의 승인 없이 무단 복제할 수 없다.
15. 사사가 들어갈 경우는 20만원, 긴급심사시는 게재료의 2배를 추가 납부하여야 한다.
16. 본 규정은 2016년 1월 1일부터 효력을 발생한다.
